The “line-by-line” method is used for the evaluation of thermal emission standard atmosphere toward Earth. Accounting thermodynamic equilibrium radiation field with air molecules and considering as a weakly nonuniform layer, we reduce at given frequency this layer containing various types to that uniform which characterized by certain radiative temperature T?, an optical thickness u? opaque factor g(u?). Radiative parameters are taken from HITRAN database, altitude cloud location energetic balance Within framework model, calculate greenhouse effect, including partial fluxes due different components in range up 2600 cm?1. In addition, derivations determined flux Earth over concentration logarithm components. From this, it follows observed rate growth amount atmospheric carbon dioxide accounts contribution approximately 30% increase global during recent decades. If assume basic part effect c(H2O) water molecules, dlnc(H2O/dt)=0.003 yr?1. This corresponds average moisture 0.2%/yr.
